Service Technician – Field Based (Dublin)

About the role

Culligan is seeking a Service Technician to join its field team in Dublin. The role involves delivering, installing, servicing and maintaining water coolers and filtration systems for customers across Ireland. You will work independently, following a daily schedule while responding to reactive service calls.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure equipment functions optimally and meets customer needs.
• Conduct on‑site surveys, installations, repairs, exchanges and collections.
• Diagnose faults and implement effective solutions.
• Follow a structured daily schedule while remaining flexible for reactive work.
• Manage van stock, tools and inventory to complete tasks.
• Record service visits accurately using digital tools (tablet).
• Provide a professional, courteous service experience to every customer.

Required profile

• Full, valid driving licence (max 6 points) with no disqualifying offences.
• Minimum three years’ driving experience.
• Proven experience diagnosing and resolving technical or mechanical issues.
• Strong geographical knowledge of Dublin and surrounding areas.
• Ability to work independently and adhere to schedules.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer‑first mindset.
