ServiceNow Administrator – Permanent, Hybrid (Dublin)

About the role

Our Dublin‑based client is seeking a ServiceNow Administrator to join a dynamic team on a permanent, hybrid basis. You will be responsible for the day‑to‑day administration, configuration and continuous optimisation of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring reliability, security and alignment with business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and configure core ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change and Request Management.
• Maintain user access, roles and group structures to uphold governance and security.
• Monitor platform performance, resolve technical issues and coordinate upgrades and patches.
• Design, enhance and maintain workflows, automation rules, UI policies and service catalog items.
• Support the accuracy and governance of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
• Produce operational reports, dashboards and automated data extracts for performance tracking.
• Collaborate with technical stakeholders to identify optimisation opportunities.
• Create and keep comprehensive technical and process documentation.
• Provide user guidance, troubleshooting and training as needed.
• Track system health and user adoption metrics to drive effectiveness.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on ServiceNow administration experience.
• Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator accreditation (mandatory).
• Strong analytical mindset with effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative, cross‑functional team.
