About the role
The ServiceNow Administrator will manage the day‑to‑day configuration, maintenance and support of Uniphar’s new ServiceNow platform across the UK and Ireland. You will ensure smooth operation of core ITSM modules, handle user access, and deliver actionable reports and dashboards for business stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and configure Incident, Problem, Change and Request modules.
- Manage user roles, groups and access controls.
- Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues and apply patches or upgrades.
- Support workflow, business rule, UI policy and catalog item development.
- Assist with CMDB population and asset management.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards and scheduled data exports.
- Collaborate with the ServiceNow Architect and external consultancy on enhancements.
- Document configurations, processes and procedures.
- Provide end‑user support and training as needed.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience as a ServiceNow Administrator.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
- Strong understanding of ITSM processes.
- Excellent problem‑solving and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and within cross‑functional teams.
Required skills
- ServiceNow platform administration.
- ServiceNow Studio and Flow Designer.
- Basic scripting (JavaScript) within ServiceNow.
- Report and dashboard creation, Performance Analytics.
- CMDB and asset management concepts.
