ServiceNow Developer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our delivery team. You will design, enhance, and optimise enterprise ServiceNow platforms, translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions while working in an agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver custom ServiceNow solutions aligned with business and operational needs.
• Configure and extend core modules such as CSM, ITSM, and SPM.
• Develop and maintain scripts (business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, script includes, scheduled jobs).
• Build, support, and optimise integrations using REST APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.
• Create and manage Service Catalog items, record producers, SLAs, workflows, and form layouts.
• Ensure platform governance, code quality, and adherence to ServiceNow and ITIL best practices.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and drive performance improvements.
• Support platform administration activities including upgrades, patching, cloning, and maintenance.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous process and platform improvement.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience developing on the ServiceNow platform.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; additional certifications (CAD, CIS) are a plus.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaborate across distributed teams.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
