Shift Lead – Retail Store Operations

About the role

Join B&Q in Galway as a Shift Lead, overseeing daily store operations and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for customers and colleagues. You will be the central point of contact during your shift, driving excellent service and smooth store performance.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the heartbeat of the store, keeping day‑to‑day operations running smoothly.
• Deploy colleagues effectively to deliver the "make every customer count" promise.
• Serve as the first point of contact for both customers and team members.
• Maintain store safety and compliance at all times.
