Part-time Team Member – 16 Hours per week

About the role

We are looking for a part-time Team Member to work 16 hours per week, typically split across two days (e.g., Monday & Saturday or Tuesday & Sunday). You will help create a welcoming environment for customers and keep the store running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver an excellent customer experience and maintain strong product knowledge.
• Communicate consistently with team members and participate in training sessions.
• Handle operational tasks such as stock deliveries, health‑and‑safety standards, stock takes and replenishment.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards throughout the shop and stockroom.
• Support other Oliver Bonas stores when needed and monitor sales targets.
