Site Agent – Earthworks (Dublin Airport Project)

About the role

As a Site Agent – Earthworks you will lead the excavation, preparation and reinstatement works for a major West Apron Vehicle Underpass at Dublin Airport. You will be the focal point for delivering high‑quality earthworks while ensuring safety, programme compliance and minimal disruption to live airport operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead execution of earthworks, including excavation, preparation of works and reinstatement.
• Oversee daily site activities, ensuring alignment with project plans, specifications and safety protocols.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams to achieve timely delivery.
• Maintain and report cost performance and production metrics.
• Develop detailed work programmes, short‑term look‑aheads and resource plans.
• Liaise with airport operations to manage access, logistics and security constraints.
• Ensure all structural works meet design specifications, quality standards and regulatory requirements.
