Site Manager

About the role

Greenvolt, a leading renewable energy company, is looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead construction activities across its green power projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that all site work complies with project plans, safety standards, and quality requirements while coordinating closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations on construction sites, ensuring work follows specifications and schedules.
• Manage and coordinate all subcontractors and suppliers, monitoring performance and progress.
• Implement and enforce health and safety policies, conduct regular inspections, and address safety concerns promptly.
• Conduct quality inspections and audits, resolving any issues and applying corrective actions.
• Manage site resources—including labour, materials, and equipment—to maximise productivity and minimise waste.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation such as daily logs, progress reports, and safety records.
• Prepare and submit regular project updates and cost reports to senior management.
• Communicate effectively with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders, leading site meetings and providing clear status reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction site management, preferably in renewable‑energy projects.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and quality control processes.
• Proactive attitude toward learning new technical developments and sharing knowledge with the team.
• Willingness to travel and stay overnight as project needs dictate.
