Construction Project Manager – Main Contractor (Kerry)

About the role

A well‑established Irish main contractor is seeking a Project Manager to join its growing team in Kerry. The company has a strong pipeline of commercial, residential, education, healthcare and public sector projects.

Key responsibilities

• Managing projects from pre‑construction through to handover.
• Leading site teams and subcontractors to ensure programme delivery.
• Monitoring budgets, costs and project performance.
• Maintaining the highest standards of health, safety and quality.
• Chairing progress meetings and liaising with clients and design teams.
• Managing project risks and resolving issues efficiently.
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager with a main contractor.
• Strong knowledge of Irish construction practices and health & safety requirements.
• Experience delivering commercial, residential, healthcare, education or public sector projects.
• Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Full driving licence.
