Site Manager – Mixed-Use Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead mixed‑use residential and commercial projects for a main contractor in Galway. You will be responsible for delivering safe, on‑time, high‑quality construction outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day site operations, ensuring health & safety compliance and adherence to programme and quality standards.
• Manage subcontractors, site logistics, welfare facilities and the on‑site workforce.
• Monitor quality assurance processes, inspections, BIM workflows and project documentation.
• Coordinate short‑term programmes, track progress, identify delays and support commercial activities through accurate records and material management.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, statutory authorities and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and successful delivery.
• Promote a strong culture of safety, quality and continuous improvement while developing site teams.

Required profile

• Construction degree.
• Minimum 3 years site management experience in Ireland or the UK.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and site logistics.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations and quality standards.

Required skills

• BIM workflow management.
