Site Manager – Retail Operations

About the role

As a Site Manager you will lead the daily operations of an Applegreen service station, ensuring smooth store performance and a high‑quality customer experience. You will be the key point of contact for staff and customers, driving sales and maintaining standards in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the site in line with Applegreen’s operations manual, policies and procedures.
• Deliver excellent customer service and uphold brand standards.
• Drive sales and achieve set targets.
• Manage administrative duties including cash handling, stock control and reporting.
• Motivate, train and develop team members to ensure a productive workforce.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years’ experience in a similar site or store management role.
• Can‑do attitude with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work well with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced setting and willing to learn new tasks.
