SMB Account Manager – Italy Market

About the role

We are looking for a passionate SMB Account Manager to join TikTok’s growing Account Management team in Dublin. In this role you will support small and medium‑size businesses in Italy, helping them achieve their marketing objectives on the TikTok platform.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by educating SMB clients and agencies on TikTok advertising solutions.
• Design and execute scalable sales and service delivery strategies for the Italian market.
• Optimize and improve performance of client campaigns, providing data‑driven recommendations at scale.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client issues, handling escalations and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop and launch operational and strategic initiatives.
• Mentor new team members and share product knowledge across the team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably within digital advertising or social media.
• Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and the SMB market landscape.
• Passion for TikTok marketing and a growth‑mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Required skills

• Knowledge of TikTok’s advertising products and tools.
