SOC Support Specialist (Remote, Ireland)

About the role

We are looking for an entry‑level SOC Support Specialist to act as the bridge between our partners/customers and our Security Operations Center (SOC). In this remote role you will provide frontline support, translate complex security concepts into clear guidance, and help ensure partner satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat for incident reports, escalations, and SIEM‑related questions.
• Break down complex SOC concepts, log data, and product behavior into digestible, actionable guidance for partners.
• Lead calls with partners for high‑severity or complex incidents, documenting decisions and aligning on next steps.
• Collaborate closely with the SOC team to facilitate effective service delivery.
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records of support activities.

Required profile

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals.
• Ability to explain technical information to non‑technical audiences.
• Motivation to work in a fast‑paced, remote environment.
