About the role
Teamwork.com is looking for a Social Content and Community Manager to become the voice of the brand across social and community platforms. You will turn internal expertise into compelling product stories and feed an always‑on ABM strategy aimed at mid‑market and enterprise customers.
Key responsibilities
- Translate product marketing blueprints into consistent brand messaging for social and community channels.
- Build and maintain a content pipeline, manage editorial calendars, and report on performance metrics.
- Lead the deployment of AI tools to accelerate content creation and scaling.
- Shift the communication style from polished and quiet to authentic and omnipresent.
- Support the broader Account‑Based Experience (ABE) strategy by engaging audiences across multiple platforms.
Required profile
- Strong storytelling ability to extract “gold” from internal experts.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, data‑driven environment.
- Passionate about community‑led growth and authentic brand communication.
- Proactive, results‑oriented, and collaborative mindset.
