Social & Content Executive

About the role

Flexera is looking for a Social & Content Executive to own and grow its organic presence on Instagram and TikTok. Based anywhere in Ireland, you will travel regularly to studios, shoots and pop‑ups across Ireland and the UK, creating premium, community‑focused content that inspires women to move more and feel stronger.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and publish daily content on Instagram and TikTok.
• Film, edit and design short‑form video and graphic assets.
• Maintain a monthly content calendar and ensure alignment with brand tone.
• Engage with the community by responding to comments, DMs and encouraging user‑generated content.
• Support influencer and creator programmes, including product gifting and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with Paid Media, PR and Growth teams to repurpose high‑performing organic assets.

Required profile

• Creative, proactive and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑accountability environment.
• Strong execution skills with the ability to turn direction into polished, on‑brand content quickly.
• Comfortable travelling regularly for shoots and events.
