Social Content Manager

About the role

Pluto the agency is looking for a Social Content Manager to join its Digital & Social team in Dublin. Working hybrid on-site, you will help clients tell their stories through digital‑first social content, bridging client service with creative production.

Key responsibilities

• Lead ideation for content and campaigns, writing concepts and overseeing production across video, stills, animation and more.
• Serve as the day‑to‑day contact for social clients, building relationships, identifying growth opportunities and solving problems.
• Develop channel and campaign strategies, build content calendars and monitor business results.
• Manage end‑to‑end campaign execution, coordinating internal creative, live, and external suppliers to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
• Support agency margin by accurately scoping, quoting and tracking time and resources.
• Oversee publishing, platform management and community interaction, ensuring tone‑of‑voice consistency.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in social advertising, idea generation and client communication within an agency or in‑house environment.
• Proactive, full of ideas and a strong communicator with proven client‑relationship skills.
• Experience handling both always‑on and campaign‑mode projects, often simultaneously.
• Strong presentation abilities and an eye for creative excellence.
• Background in video and still content production, working with editors, photographers, designers and videographers.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and coordinate internal and external resources.
• Nice to have: personal socially‑oriented creative outlet or channel with an active community.
