About the role
We are seeking a strategic and creative Social Media & Content Marketing Manager to lead our social media agenda, drive audience engagement and support commercial performance across digital platforms. Reporting to the marketing team, you will own the strategy, oversee content creation and ensure compliance with brand and regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and lead the social media strategy across all platforms.
- Own the social content calendar and deliver integrated campaigns that support brand, commercial and Good Causes objectives.
- Lead social‑first storytelling around cultural moments, game launches and winner stories.
- Manage community engagement, social listening and customer interactions.
- Oversee creation and optimisation of multi‑format content, including video, motion and real‑time social content.
- Act as brand guardian, ensuring consistency of tone, quality and responsible communications.
- Drive creative innovation by identifying opportunities in emerging technologies, creators and influencer partnerships.
- Manage agency relationships, content budgets and campaign performance reporting.
- Collaborate with Performance Marketing, PR, Sponsorship, Legal and Compliance teams to deliver integrated, compliant campaigns.
- Ensure all activity meets regulatory, advertising and responsible gaming requirements.
Required profile
- 8+ years of experience in social media, digital content or integrated marketing roles.
- Proven success developing high‑performing social and content strategies for leading brands.
- Strong understanding of social platforms, content creation, community management and digital analytics.
- Experience managing agencies, creative production and campaign budgets.
- Excellent storytelling, copywriting and creative judgement.
- Experience working within a regulated environment.
- Strong stakeholder management, project management and analytical skills.
- Desirable: experience in lottery, gaming or other highly regulated sectors; global brand experience; familiarity with social listening, analytics and reporting tools; experience leading video‑first, creator‑led and influencer strategies.
