Social Media Manager – Holistic Wellness

About the role

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager to support a growing holistic wellness business in Dublin. You will develop and execute social media strategies that increase brand awareness, attract new clients, and drive sales for services such as massage therapy, yoga, and pilates.

Key responsibilities

• Design, schedule, and publish engaging content on Instagram, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
• Develop a tailored social media strategy to grow the business’s online presence.
• Create graphics and write copy that reflect the brand’s holistic and empowering ethos.
• Monitor channels, respond to comments and messages, and foster community engagement.
• Track analytics, produce regular performance reports, and adjust tactics based on data.
• Research wellness trends and adapt strategies to maximize reach.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing social media for small businesses or wellness brands.
• Strong understanding of content creation, copywriting, and visual storytelling.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Based in Ireland or possess a deep knowledge of the Irish wellness market.

Required skills

• Proficiency with social media management tools.
• Basic graphic design using Canva.
