Social Media Specialist – Fashion Retail

About the role

We are seeking a creative and commercially‑aware Social Media Specialist to elevate the Patrick Bourke Menswear brand across digital platforms. You will craft engaging visual and written content, manage community interaction, and help drive online sales through compelling storytelling.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily social media activity on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other relevant channels.
• Create photo, video, reel and story assets that reflect the brand’s style and quality.
• Develop monthly content calendars aligned with new arrivals, seasonal campaigns, promotions and in‑store events.
• Write on‑brand captions and product‑focused copy that supports e‑commerce performance.
• Collaborate with the wider team to capture in‑store content, styling advice and brand heritage.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages and community engagement promptly.
• Track and report on reach, engagement, traffic and sales impact of content and campaigns.
• Assist with paid social initiatives and stay current on platform trends.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing or content creation, preferably in fashion, retail or e‑commerce.
• Strong visual sense and ability to tell stories through imagery.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
• Comfortable creating content on a phone and using basic editing tools for short‑form video and images.
• Organised, proactive and able to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Commercially minded with an interest in how content drives engagement and sales.
