Software Craftsperson – Node.js, React.js & AI (Remote, Ireland)

About the role

We are seeking a Software Craftsperson to join a partner company’s remote engineering team in Ireland. You will work in an AI‑native development environment, building high‑quality, scalable full‑stack applications using Node.js and React.js while leveraging AI‑powered tooling to enhance productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain production‑grade full‑stack systems with Node.js, React.js and AI‑enhanced tools.
• Own feature delivery end‑to‑end, including front‑end, back‑end services, infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
• Apply software‑craftsmanship practices such as test‑driven development, clean‑code principles, refactoring and continuous delivery.
• Collaborate through pair programming, code reviews and agile ceremonies to raise engineering quality.
• Work closely with product teams to translate user needs into reliable, measurable solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 1.5 years of full‑stack development experience in a production environment.
• Strong foundation in object‑oriented programming, data structures, algorithms and software engineering methodologies.
• Self‑motivated individual who thrives in an ownership‑driven, autonomous setting.
