Software Engineer – Collaboration Team (GenAI)

About the role
Stripe is looking for a Software Engineer to join the Collaboration team, which builds internal tools that help Stripe employees work smarter. You will focus on creating innovative GenAI‑powered experiences that boost productivity across a variety of tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with a small, cross‑functional team of engineers to design and ship user‑focused features.
- Own solutions from concept to production, handling complexity and engaging directly with stakeholders.
- Define success metrics, track quantitative and qualitative data, and iterate based on results.
- Maintain high engineering and product quality standards and mentor junior team members.
Required profile
- 6+ years of industry experience as a software engineer.
- 2+ years building rich web experiences with modern frameworks such as React or Vue.
- Enjoy working across the full stack, from UI design to workflow automation and reliability.
- Comfortable collaborating directly with users to solve real problems.
