Software Engineer - ElectronJS, Desktop (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Software Engineer specialized in ElectronJS to design, build, and maintain desktop applications. The position is remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while collaborating with cross‑functional product and engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain desktop applications using ElectronJS, JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Design, implement, and optimise new features with a focus on performance and scalability.
• Translate product requirements into clear technical specifications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Debug, test, and resolve issues reported by users or identified during testing.

Required profile

• Proven experience building ElectronJS desktop applications.
• Strong knowledge of asynchronous programming and event‑driven architectures.
• Familiarity with modern front‑end frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Experience with version control (Git) and automated testing tools.
