Solutions Architect – EMEA

About the role

HubSpot is looking for a forward‑thinking Solutions Architect to help its most ambitious EMEA customers unlock the full potential of its unified CRM platform. You will act as a strategic technical advisor, translating complex business needs into scalable, AI‑enhanced solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor, designing end‑to‑end solutions on the HubSpot platform.
• Identify integration opportunities, consolidate systems, and drive deeper platform adoption across the customer lifecycle.
• Develop long‑term technical roadmaps and influence stakeholders to invest in high‑value strategies.
• Lead discovery and solution design for multi‑hub engagements, guiding customers and partners on best practices.
• Address product‑stretching use cases, mitigate technical risks, and ensure successful project outcomes.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies, create proof‑of‑concept automations, and champion adoption of HubSpot’s AI products.
• Provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams to shape future platform capabilities.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in technical consulting, solution architecture, or a similar role within enterprise SaaS.
• Proven track record delivering complex, business‑impacting technical solutions.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to articulate value and ROI.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with system integration and APIs.
• Architectural design for scalable, enterprise‑grade solutions.
• Proficiency in building AI‑based automations and orchestration workflows.
• Deep knowledge of the HubSpot platform and its ecosystem.
