Solutions Delivery Manager – Aviation Services

About the role

Airbus International Services (AIS) is seeking a Solutions Delivery Manager to support Satair’s IMS Solutions Delivery team in Bordeaux. The role bridges customers and internal functions, ensuring operational performance aligns with contractual standards and driving continuous improvement across the value chain.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day IMS service operations and lead the local delivery team.
• Ensure contract and cost target fulfilment, parts availability and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate integration with customer processes and maintain information flow across Satair and Airbus supply chains.
• Monitor operational KPIs, support budgeting, and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Perform stakeholder management, act as liaison for internal and external information, and ensure best‑practice exchange with other customer teams.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in the aviation aftermarket or a comparable role.
• Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration or similar.
• Strong analytical, intercultural, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities and lead teams remotely.

Required skills

• SAP (SD module) – experience required.
• Spec2000 knowledge.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
• Familiarity with Skywise or programming concepts (plus).
• English and French at negotiation level.
