Solutions Engineer (French)

About the role

Notion is looking for a French‑speaking Solutions Engineer to join its early‑stage Solutions Engineering team. You will work closely with the sales organisation to help prospective and existing customers understand how Notion can fit into their tech stack, answer advanced product and security questions, and guide successful deployments.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with sales colleagues on customer engagements, from initial discovery to closing.
• Respond to technical inquiries, RFPs and security questionnaires promptly and accurately.
• Provide technical guidance and design custom Notion‑based solutions that align with customer workflows.
• Demonstrate product capabilities through demos and proof‑of‑concepts.
• Collect and structure product feedback for the Product and Engineering teams.
• Collaborate with marketing to create technical content such as blog posts, webinars and collateral.
• Educate the sales team on product updates, competitive positioning and typical customer environments.
• Document technical considerations in internal knowledge bases.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills in French and English.
• Experience working in a pre‑sales or solutions engineering capacity.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a passion for helping teams adopt new tools.
