Spanish-speaking Operator (LATAM) – Dublin

About the role

The role involves acting as a Spanish-speaking operator for LATAM markets, based in Dublin. You will support customers and internal teams by reviewing, verifying and processing content while leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Verify and review information according to policy and compliance guidelines.
• Handle outbound calls to businesses in designated LATAM countries to gather information.
• Support users by summarising and completing various requests with high accuracy.
• Monitor and meet quality and productivity targets on a monthly/annual basis.
• Utilise Microsoft Excel to analyse data for content operations.
• Implement and apply Generative AI technologies, including prompt engineering, to enhance content creation and user interaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content strategies with business objectives.
• Share knowledge and best practices to contribute to team success.

Required profile

• Availability to work rotating shift patterns over a 7-day schedule.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (LATAM dialect).
• Excellent attendance, time-keeping and ability to multitask.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proactive attitude toward learning new technologies and tools.
• Team-oriented with a sense of ownership and pride in performance.
