Spanish‑Speaking Customer Support Specialist

About the role

Clio is looking for a Spanish‑speaking Customer Support Specialist to join its Customer Success team in Dublin. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping legal professionals get the most out of Clio’s AI‑driven platform while representing the voice of the customer across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound requests via phone, chat and email, ensuring a fast and effortless customer experience.
• Advocate for Clio’s value proposition and become an expert in all product features and functionality.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, reproduce problems and coordinate resolutions with Technical Escalations, Product and Customer Success teams.
• Provide advice, training solutions and proactive guidance to help customers overcome challenges.
• Contribute to the knowledge base, maintain quality standards and coach users on self‑service resources.
• Capture product feedback for the Product team and participate in projects to improve service delivery.

Required profile

• Full professional proficiency in Spanish (written and verbal).
• Strong ability to connect with a diverse range of customers and enjoy solving complex problems.
