Sr. Director & Head of Architecture

About the role

As the Sr. Director & Head of Architecture at G-P, you will shape the long‑term technical vision for our global SaaS products and AI platforms. Reporting to the Head of Engineering, you will lead a team of architects and collaborate closely with product and engineering leaders to deliver scalable, secure, and AI‑native solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive a target‑state, AI‑native architecture that supports core services and advanced AI behaviors.
• Establish global architectural standards and governance to maximize reuse and align with the technology roadmap.
• Oversee design of complex AI systems, data engineering pipelines, and governance controls.
• Ensure architecture decisions are rooted in customer needs and business objectives.
• Lead, scale, and mentor a multidisciplinary architecture team, fostering engineering excellence.
• Define security and compliance standards for software platforms and infrastructure.

Required profile

• Proven executive experience leading architecture functions in a SaaS or cloud‑native environment.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML systems and data engineering concepts.
• Track record of defining and executing long‑term technical strategies.
• Strong ability to collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
• Experience building and mentoring high‑performing technical teams.
