Staff Nurse – Disability & Home Care

Serenity Care is looking for a passionate Staff Nurse to join its dedicated team in County Wicklow. The role focuses on delivering person‑centred nursing care to clients living with disability in residential, home and community settings, helping them live confidently and safely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide safe, person‑centred nursing care in disability, residential and home environments.
• Assess client needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, and monitor health status.
• Administer medication and ensure accurate documentation.
• Liaise with multidisciplinary professionals to coordinate care.
• Travel to community and home visits, supporting flexible outreach as required.
• Uphold professional standards, infection control, safeguarding policies, and support quality improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse based in Ireland.
• Experience in disability, residential or home care services.
• Full, valid driver’s licence.
