Staff Nurse – Elderly Care

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate, NMBI‑registered Staff Nurse to join our supportive team caring for older residents in Ireland. The role offers flexible shift patterns, competitive pay and a range of benefits in a friendly, on‑site environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver person‑centred, high‑quality nursing care to residents, supporting their physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.
• Provide clinical supervision and leadership to care staff, promoting independence and dignity.
• Assist with inspections, audits and uphold standards of excellence.
• Act as Nurse in Charge when required to ensure seamless operations.

Required profile

• Third‑level nursing degree and active registration with NMBI (An Bord Altranais) with a valid PIN.
• Willingness to hold or obtain certifications in Infection Control, Manual Handling, CPR, Medication Management, Safeguarding and Dementia Care.
• Passion for delivering exceptional care to the elderly, with nursing home experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work day, night and weekend shifts.
