About the role

Access Healthcare is seeking qualified Staff Nurses who want control over their schedule and competitive hourly rates. You will work across hospitals, community care and private facilities, choosing shifts that fit your lifestyle.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality nursing care to patients in a variety of clinical settings.
• Cover a range of shift patterns including long day, short day, night and sleep‑over assignments.
• Maintain patient safety and adhere to clinical protocols and standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required profile

• Active registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
• Minimum six months post‑registration nursing experience in Ireland.
• Strong clinical and professional competencies.
• Irish, EU or UK citizenship, or a valid Stamp 4 work permit for Ireland.
• Additional post‑registration qualifications are desirable but not essential.
