About the role

We are seeking a registered Staff Nurse to join our CareChoice Macroom nursing home. You will work in a supportive, multicultural team delivering high‑quality care to residents.

Key responsibilities

Supervise day‑to‑day activities of care and nursing staff.
Coordinate resident activities and ensure a person‑centred approach.
Maintain compliance with HIQA regulations and internal quality standards.

Required profile

Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
Strong clinical, leadership and organisational abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
