About the role
We are seeking a registered Staff Nurse to join our CareChoice Macroom nursing home. You will work in a supportive, multicultural team delivering high‑quality care to residents.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise day‑to‑day activities of care and nursing staff.
- Coordinate resident activities and ensure a person‑centred approach.
- Maintain compliance with HIQA regulations and internal quality standards.
Required profile
- Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
- Strong clinical, leadership and organisational abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
