Staff Nurse – Residential Care

About the role

Beechfield Care Group is seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse to join the team at Glengara Park Nursing Home in Glasthule, Dublin. You will work closely with the Nurse Manager and Director of Nursing to deliver high‑quality, resident‑focused care in a Victorian country‑house setting.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day activities of care and nursing staff.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized care plans for residents.
• Coordinate resident activities and ensure compliance with HIQA regulations.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold professional and ethical standards.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the line manager.

Required profile

• Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
• Strong clinical knowledge and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sound decision‑making capability and a genuine interest in elderly care.
