Staff Product Manager - Mobile

About the role

This high‑impact position leads the vision, strategy and execution of a mission‑critical mobile application used daily by a global B2B SaaS customer base. Based in Ireland, you will shape a mobile‑first experience that enables operators, owners and field staff to manage real‑world operations on the go.

Key responsibilities

• Own the mobile product roadmap and align it with overall company objectives.
• Conduct continuous discovery by engaging directly with users and translating insights into product opportunities.
• Define and track north‑star metrics and KPIs for adoption, engagement and retention.
• Drive end‑to‑end development, launch and iteration across iOS and Android platforms.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, data, marketing, sales and support to deliver high‑performance native experiences.
• Manage multiple user personas and ensure their needs are reflected in product decisions.
• Oversee App Store and Google Play release cycles and ensure robust measurement frameworks.
• Identify opportunities to leverage mobile and AI capabilities for workflow efficiency.

Required profile

• 7+ years of product management experience, primarily on mobile applications in B2B SaaS environments.
• Proven track record of launching, scaling and iterating mobile products on both iOS and Android.
• Experience managing complex, multi‑persona products and conducting user research.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to define metrics and drive data‑informed decisions.
