Stakeholder & Community Engagement Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Stakeholder & Community Engagement Manager to act as the local champion for our data centre sites across the UK and Ireland. In this 12‑month contract you will build and nurture relationships with communities, schools, local authorities and charities, helping to deliver social impact programmes that support our digital infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with local community stakeholders and partners.
• Support the planning, delivery and monitoring of community investment, education and social impact programmes.
• Coordinate community events, workshops and engagement activities.
• Gather stakeholder feedback, identify emerging issues and report on risks and opportunities.
• Prepare regular updates and reports for internal teams.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure effective reputation and engagement management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in community engagement, stakeholder relations, CSR or public affairs.
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Strong communication, organisational and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in infrastructure, utilities, telecommunications, technology or energy sectors is a plus.
