About the role
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our flagship retail location in Dundrum. You will be responsible for delivering an outstanding shopping experience while driving sales and managing store performance.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the store.
- Recruit, train, and develop associates.
- Manage store budgets, costs, and produce weekly performance reports.
- Oversee HR functions including staffing and recruitment.
- Adapt quickly to a fast‑paced, ever‑changing retail environment.
Required profile
- Motivated, energetic and ambitious professional.
- Proven experience in store management or senior retail management.
- Experience working in a flagship store environment.
- Strong leadership and people‑development capabilities.
