Store Manager

About the role
We are seeking a Store Manager for our Farm & Home store in Mountcollins. The role combines front‑line customer service with full responsibility for the day‑to‑day operation of the branch, including sales, inventory, merchandising and health‑and‑safety compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service in‑store, by phone and email.
- Collect outstanding payments and manage debt recovery.
- Control stock levels, organise merchandising and maintain visual standards.
- Handle cash, process payments and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Drive sales growth and meet store performance targets.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the store and surrounding yard.
- Generate and implement ideas to expand the business.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a similar retail environment.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage customer relationships.
- Proven ability to lead a team and meet sales objectives.
