Store Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Store Manager for our Farm & Home store in Mountcollins. The role combines front‑line customer service with full responsibility for the day‑to‑day operation of the branch, including sales, inventory, merchandising and health‑and‑safety compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in‑store, by phone and email.
• Collect outstanding payments and manage debt recovery.
• Control stock levels, organise merchandising and maintain visual standards.
• Handle cash, process payments and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Drive sales growth and meet store performance targets.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the store and surrounding yard.
• Generate and implement ideas to expand the business.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar retail environment.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage customer relationships.
• Proven ability to lead a team and meet sales objectives.
