Store Manager – Retail & Farm Store

About the role

Kinisla is seeking a Store Manager for its Farm & Home store in Glin. You will lead daily operations, support customers in‑person and via phone or email, and ensure the store meets sales, inventory and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and handle enquiries by phone and email.
• Collect outstanding payments and manage cash handling procedures.
• Control stock levels, merchandise products and maintain visual standards.
• Drive sales growth and develop new ideas to expand the business.
• Oversee housekeeping of the store and yard, and manage inbound and outbound deliveries.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar retail environment.
• Strong commercial acumen and customer‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and lead a small team.
