Store Manager – Service Station (Centra/Texaco)

About the role

Pelco Group is seeking an experienced and ambitious retail professional to lead our Centra | Texaco service station in Blanchardstown. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of hygiene, and achieving store performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensuring the store meets merchandising, presentation and customer‑care standards.
• Achieve sales, margin and waste targets while managing stock levels and implementing planograms.
• Maintain HACCP compliance and uphold the highest hygiene standards across the site.
• Manage employee rostering, annual leave and maintain accurate personnel records.
• Conduct daily cash reconciliation, bank lodgements and resolve cash discrepancies.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints, ensuring timely follow‑up and resolution.
• Coordinate contractor call‑outs, system breakdowns and security issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail or service‑station management.
• Approachable leader who models teamwork and fosters a positive, inclusive workplace.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to develop and coach staff.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on compliance, cleanliness and safety.

Required skills

• HACCP knowledge and implementation.
• Stocktaking and stock management.
• Cash reconciliation and cash handling.
• Data entry for deliveries, invoices and inventory.
