Store Supervisor – Gelato Retail

About the role

Gino's Gelato is seeking a motivated Store Supervisor to lead the Westport shop. You will be the front‑line manager responsible for delivering excellent customer experiences while ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with customers, exceed expectations and promote upselling and promotional offers.
• Prepare staff rosters, manage stock levels, handle cash, and oversee opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment for both team members and customers.
• Provide training, recognition and performance management for all team members.
• Implement store marketing strategies to drive sales growth.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, especially HACCP and food‑safety standards.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused attitude with a passion for hospitality.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast‑paced retail setting.
• Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekdays and weekends.
• Preferably local residence and prior supervisory experience.
