About the role
We are looking for a part‑time Store Supervisor to manage and motivate our team, ensuring efficient store operations and delivering the best possible customer service experience.
Key responsibilities
- Live the Centra brand values – Proud, Energetic, Imaginative and Community‑Based.
- Be approachable and act as a role model, encouraging teamwork and a positive attitude.
- Set standards for rotation, merchandising and facing off.
- Assist in the induction, training and development of employees.
- Handle customer queries efficiently and professionally, following store policy.
- Engage with new initiatives and embrace new ways of working.
Required profile
- At least 2 years experience in a customer‑facing role (desirable).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
- Capability to multitask under pressure.
- Strong organisational skills, including delegating responsibilities and supporting team members.
