About the role
We are looking for a part‑time Store Supervisor to manage and motivate a team, ensuring efficient store operations and delivering excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Live the Centra brand values and act as a role model for teamwork and a positive attitude.
- Set standards for rotation, merchandising and product facing.
- Assist with induction, training and development of employees.
- Handle customer queries professionally and in line with store policy.
- Engage with new initiatives and embrace new ways of working.
Required profile
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer‑facing role (desirable).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment and multitask under pressure.
- Strong organisational skills, capable of delegating responsibilities and supporting team members.
