Strategic Growth Director – PMCM (Ireland)

About the role

WSP is seeking a commercially astute Strategic Growth Director to lead the expansion of its Project and Programme Management (PMCM) business across Ireland. Based in the new Dublin office, you will shape and execute a growth strategy that leverages existing client relationships and creates new market opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the PMCM Ireland Growth Strategy aligned with regional and global objectives.
• Identify and secure new business across sectors such as rail, highways, water, energy and local government.
• Build and maintain senior client relationships with organisations including TII, NTA, Irish Rail, Uisce Éireann and local authorities.
• Lead a structured key‑account management framework and deliver annual account targets.
• Represent WSP at industry forums, conferences and stakeholder events.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development or commercial leadership within infrastructure, transport or related consulting sectors.
• Strong network of senior decision‑makers in Irish public and private infrastructure organisations.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic growth plans.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
