Strategic Sourcing Manager, Global Workplace Services

About the role

Meta is looking for an experienced Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead sourcing initiatives for the Construction & Projects category within its Global Workplace Services organization. The role will partner with internal teams worldwide to deliver innovative, sustainable, and high‑value third‑party solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies for Construction & Projects, and support other Workplace Services categories such as Facilities, Security, and Culinary.
• Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships through structured relationship‑management programs.
• Lead complex contract negotiations, leveraging cost models and ROI analysis to maximize value.
• Use AI agents and tools to streamline sourcing workflows and enhance decision‑making.
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks across projects while ensuring compliance with sourcing policies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to deliver integrated sourcing solutions and drive process‑improvement initiatives.
• Manage and support special global projects, balancing business requirements with technical constraints.

Required profile

• Proven success negotiating complex contracts and analyzing cost models and ROI drivers.
• Demonstrated ability to build and sustain strategic relationships with business leaders and supplier executives.
• Track record of implementing category strategies, sourcing initiatives, and process‑improvement programs.
• Knowledge of legal, financial, and technology aspects of sourcing.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
