Senior Site Manager – High-rise Commercial Project

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead the delivery of a high‑rise commercial development in central Dublin. The role involves overseeing daily site operations, ensuring safety, quality and programme targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day site activities, delivering works safely, on time and to specification.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades and direct labour to maintain productivity.
• Track project progress against drawings, specifications and programme milestones.
• Enforce health and safety standards in line with company policies and statutory regulations.
• Conduct routine inspections and quality control procedures to uphold high‑quality standards.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager, Quantity Surveyor, engineers and design team to resolve on‑site issues.
• Manage site logistics, including materials and plant, ensuring efficient procurement and utilisation.
• Maintain accurate daily site records and progress reports for senior management.
• Lead site meetings, daily briefings and toolbox talks to ensure effective communication.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years construction experience with strong site‑management background in Ireland.
• Degree or Higher Diploma in Engineering or Construction Management.
• Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certification.
