Success Guide – Sales Cloud (French/German)

About the role

Salesforce is looking for a Success Guide who will help customers adopt and derive value from Sales Cloud. The role focuses on delivering proactive and reactive guidance to Premier and Signature Success customers, leveraging AI‑driven recommendations to scale impact.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prescriptive recommendations, best practices, and technical advice to improve product adoption.
• Deliver 1:1 expert coaching sessions and ad‑hoc success engagements.
• Become a subject‑matter expert in Sales Cloud and related Salesforce products.
• Collaborate with Success Managers, Account Executives, and Support teams to ensure customer success.
• Generate positive feedback from customers, internal teams, and leadership.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience with Sales Cloud or similar CRM solutions.
• Undergraduate degree minimum.
• Trailhead Ranger and Salesforce Administrator certification.
• Strong consultative, customer‑focused approach.
• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences ranging from developers to C‑suite executives.
