Supervising Pharmacist Manager

About the role

As the Supervising Pharmacist Manager you will lead the dispensary at our Rush, Co. Dublin pharmacy, ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance and patient care. You will be the professional anchor for both the pharmacy team and the customers, driving quality service across all pharmacy operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain dispensary operations in line with PSI guidelines, pharmacy law and professional standards.
• Deliver a safe, efficient and friendly dispensing service, including vaccinations, health screenings and patient counselling.
• Uphold ethical, accurate and professional practices in every aspect of pharmacy work.
• Ensure timely and secure delivery of medicines to customers.
• Collaborate with GPs, nurses and other healthcare professionals for integrated patient care.
• Support the monthly claims process with accurate and timely submissions to relevant payment boards.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of qualified experience as a pharmacist.
• Possess a PSI‑approved pharmacy qualification.
• Registered with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland.
