Supervising Pharmacist – Rathbeale

About the role

We are looking for a Supervising Pharmacist to lead the dispensary at our Rathbeale location. You will ensure that all pharmacy operations meet the highest legal and professional standards while delivering safe, friendly service to our patients.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain dispensary compliance with PSI guidelines and Irish pharmacy law.
• Provide a safe, efficient dispensing service and oversee vaccinations, health screenings and patient counselling.
• Uphold ethical standards, accuracy and professionalism in all pharmacy activities.
• Coordinate timely delivery of medicines and support the monthly claims process.
• Collaborate with GPs, nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience as a qualified pharmacist.
• Hold a PSI‑approved pharmacy qualification and be registered with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland.

Required skills

• Knowledge of PSI guidelines and Irish pharmacy legislation.
• Experience delivering vaccinations and health screenings.
• Ability to manage dispensing operations and claims submissions accurately.
